Chun-Li's Alternate Outfit

Highlight Chun-li on the character selection screen, then hold START and push any button.

Full Life Energy in Vs. Mode

By beating the game once an option for full life meters in vs mode should appear on the options screen.

Infinite Combo on Apocalypse

Once you get to the Apocalypse stage, you can get an infinite combo WITH ANYONE. All you do is keep hitting the probes the fire lasers at you. Once you hit them, the combo meter does not go off until you hit Apocalypse himself. Once you hit Apocalypse, the combo meter goes away and says "marvelous" or "good". 

Mech-Gouki NOW! Mode

1. Win the Arcade Mode and the Survival Mode once.

2. Then Highlight Survival Mode

3. Hold "R" or "L"

4. Some words will appear says "Mech-Gouki?NOW!"

5. Press any button.

Play as Mech-Gouki

After you have beat the Mech-Gouki NOW! Mode, select Arcade or Versus Mode. Hold START on Gouki for 5 seconds, then push any button. Do this for your second character, and WALLAH!

Play as the Same Character

To use the same player twice, just beat the game once, save it, and the select the same player twice.

Reverse Fighters

Any time the "Vs." screen appears (the one that shows pictures of the four combatants), hold ALL the punch and kick buttons until the fight loads. Your fighters will now be reversed (if you pick Ryu as your first and Chun-Li as second, Chun-Li will be the one who begins the fight). They also have new animations (Dan kind of "explodes" onto the screen).

Secret Characters

To select these characters simply go to their designated characters,

then hold START and press any button. Here are the designated characters:

Armor Spidey --- Spiderman

Shadow Charlie --- Dhalsim

U.S. Agent --- Vega (Bison)

Mega Sakura --- Hulk

Mega Zangief --- Blackheart

Mephisto --- Omega Red

Unlimited Super Gauge

To get unlimited Supers you must beat the game at any setting without losing a round. After you go through the end credits go to the options Menu and set the Super Combo Gauge to *FULL*.

Fight as U.S. Agent:

Highlight Vega (M. Bison), hold Start, and press any Punch or Kick button. U.S. Agent's uniform will be gray for Punch or green for Kick. Alternatively, hold Start, highlight Vega (M. Bison), hold Up for five seconds, then press Jab + Fierce or Short + Roundhouse.

Fight as Armored Spider-Man:

Highlight Spider-Man, hold Start, and press any Punch or Kick button. Alternatively, hold Start, highlight Ryu, hold Down for five seconds, then press Jab + Fierce or Short + Roundhouse.

Fight as Mega Zangief:

Highlight Blackheart, hold Start, and press any Punch or Kick button. Alternatively, hold Start, highlight Blackheart, hold Left for five seconds, then press Jab + Fierce or Short + Roundhouse.

Fight as Mephisto:

Highlight Omega Red, hold Start, and press any Punch or Kick button. Mephisto's color will be different depending on whether Punch or Kickwas pressed. Alternatively, hold Start, highlight Omega Red, hold Down for five seconds, then press Jab + Fierce or Short + Roundhouse.

Fight as Shadow Charlie:

Highlight Dhalsim, hold Start, and press any Punch or Kick button. Alternatively, hold Start, highlight Dhalsim, hold Up for five seconds, then press Jab + Fierce or Short + Roundhouse.

Fight as Mega Sakura:

Highlight Hulk, hold Start, and press any Punch or Kick button. Alternatively, hold Start, highlight Hulk, hold Right for five seconds, then press Jab + Fierce or Short + Roundhouse.

Fight as Grey Hulk:

Enable the "Fight as Mega Sakura" code and pick Hulk as her partner. This color code should be universal for all characters.

Fight against Mech-Gouki:

Successfully complete arcade and survival mode once. After completing highlight survival mode, press L or R. The phrase "Mech-Gouki now!!" will appear before the match begins.

Fight as Mech-Gouki:

Successfully defeat Mech-Gouki. Mech-Gouki may now be selected in arcade or versus mode by highlighting Gouki and pressing Start with any button. Keep Start held, highlight Gouki again, and press any button. Mech-Gouki is able to execute the raging demon move while in the air.

Fight as same character:

Successfully complete the game once. The same character may now be chosen by both players on the character selection screen.

Alternate Chun-Li costume:

Highlight Chun-li on the character selection screen, then hold Start and press any button.

Exploding Dan:

Hold WP after selecting Dan as your first character. Release the button after the word "Fight" disappears.

Extra jumps for Norimaro:

Select Norimaro, then press WK + MP + HK at the versus screen until the round begins. Norimaro will now be able to jump four times in the air.

Faster game speed:

Select any character, then hold WK + MK + HK until the word "Fight" disappears.

Change order of characters on versus mode screen:

Press WP + MP + HP at the versus screen, where all four fighters are pictured. Hold those buttons until the match begins to switch the first and second fighters. Alternatively, hold L until the match begins.

Bonus options:

Successfully complete the game without losing any rounds. Additional selections will appear on the options menu, including increasing the speed to eight stars and always having full combo meters.

Continue attacking:

Press Start immediately after winning the match to continue hitting the defeated character. You can perform any move except team attacks

Hint: Mech Gouki's moves:

Fireball (can be done in air as a double fireball ): Down, Down/Forward , Forward + Punch.

Dive kick (in air): Down, Down/Forward , Forward + Kick.

Dragon punch: Forward, Down, Down/Forward + Punch.

Hurricane kick: Down, Down/Back, Back + Kick (can be done in air).

Laser beam super move: Down, Down/Back, Back + 2 Punches.

Shadow Dragon super move : Down, Down/Forward, Forward + 2 Punches.

Air Fire super move: Down, Down/Forward, Forward + 2 Punches.

Raging Demon super move: LP, LP, Forward, LK, HP (can be done in air - level 3 ).

Level 3 supers:

Shadow (Final Mission): Hold Back for at least 3 seconds or more, Forward, Back, Forward + 2 Punches. He dashes forward and punches the opponent in the air. The screen turns white and his opponent comes crashing down.

Evil Sakura, Mech Gouki, and Gouki (Raging Demon): LP, LP, Forward, LK, HP.

Dan (Suicide Blast): HP, LK, Back, LP, LP. Dan does great damage to his opponent, but he loses all of his life except for 1% of his life bar.

Shuma Gorath (Chaos Dimension): Down, Down/Forward, Forward + 2 Punches. He performs a tornado which catches the opponent and does great damage.
